Get the Asus K55N-DS81. I have this computer and it can run fairly graphically intensive games on high settings (Skyrim). It could max out Minecraft and probably play COD on mid to high settings. It’s only $ 500.

    computer as in the video.

  26. You can play COD ghost on low-medium settings with this computer and get a decent frame-rate.

  27. First of all- you have to remember that laptops aren’t built for gaming, you have to consider a few things such as overheating (you’ll have to buy a cooling pad for that) because you’ll have your AC adapter constantly in, the fact it doesn’t have a DVD/CD drive, you’ll have to boot everything from USB, that’s not bad- but installing Iso files and such can be a pain.

The AMD – 5750M processor is capable of running games at HD resolution, but nothing higher than that which means High Detail on some games may not work… It’s not bad is all I can say.

HD 8750M is similar to the Nvidia GeForce GT 640M, it’s capable of running most high-end games such as Skyrim, Farcry, Dirt- you may have some performance issues if you are playing at max graphics depending on what game you’re playing, but it should be fine. Games like MineCraft will run completely fine.

It’s a good laptop, plenty of RAM and other features- but it is a laptop, so don’t expect too much of it. If you’re looking to play really demanding games then you might have to up your budget to the higher end specs of a gaming laptop/desktop.

But overall it should be completely fine for running the games you’ve listed above.

    Good luck with your purchase!
